Home cooking: November 2017

I didn’t want these to go to waste so I’m writing about them here. T and I usually cook at home, but it’s usually chicken breast and veggies, which are really easy and simple to cook. Sometimes, we switch it up by cooking other things such as:

Carrots + green bell peppers + tuna
String beans + XO scallop sauce
Corned beef + onions + potatoes
Used the sauce I bought in Korea
We bought shrimp and I made garlic butter shrimp šŸ™‚

Ginger and sweet potato soup
