Two days of duck meals

Funny how I had duck meals for two straight days.

T found this stall called 鐘予原味當歸鴨 that supposedly sells delicious duck meat on rice (鴨肉飯) and is apparently been around since the 1990s so we decided to try it out. It did not disappoint. We ordered duck meat on rice (with extra meat) and it was yummy! We also ordered soup with duck leg (當歸鴨腿湯) and lamb meat with vermicelli (當歸羊肉). Everything was good!

The next day, my team mates and I went to 春申食府, a banquet-style restaurant that serves Shanghai cuisine and is apparently known for its peking duck, because my colleague bought a discount coupon online. Aside from the peking duck, we also ordered other sumptuous dishes but I wasn’t able to list down their names so the photos would have to do.

“peking

The bones from the peking duck was used to cook soup and it was really warm & comforting, which was perfect since it was a rainy and cold night outside.
